Due to COVID 19, class structure will ensure all regulations and guidelines are followed as per regional health authorities guidance.  We appreciate your patience as we adhere to these regulations and guidelines for the health and safety of each other.

  • group classes will adhere to physical distancing guidelines

  • participants are asked to bring their own mat and props 

  • masks are to be worn upon arrival and departure and until one settles in on their mat
